Yes. Guests, walk-ins, and casual visitors are welcome. We are primarily a members’ club, and everyone must sign in at our front desk terminal upon arrival.

Absolutely! We are the only licensed cue sports venue in NSW. We take our RSA responsibilities seriously and ask all members and guests to follow our house rules and staff instructions. If we say it’s time to take a break, we DON’T mean from playing pool!

We ask members and guests to refrain from bringing outside food and beverages. Club 9 is nestled in the entertainment and restaurant precinct of the Bakehouse Quarter, and respecting our venue, staff, and investment is important to us.

The process involves completing a simple e-form and brief questionnaire to provide a player profile. This information helps us know more about potential members. The e-form is assessed by our management team, who will email you regarding approval. If approved, you will receive our Membership Rules and House Policy. A current photo matching your ID is required. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a link to download the Member App.

Yes, there is a limit of 4 members/guests per table due to expected high demand. The only exceptions are for leagues and official events.

Small children and babies are not permitted as we are fully licensed and do not cater for young children. For those types of activities we suggest Holey Moley or Kingpin Bowling centre located in entertainment precint of the Bakehouse Quarter for a fun family day out. Junior players are welcome at Club 9. Club 9 is a world-class cue sports facility focused on providing a great experience for cue sports enthusiasts. While we encourage junior players to participate, we do not cater to families with small children.
