• Random Draw: 9:30 AM on-site — ALL players must be present to draw their opponent
• Start Time: 10:00 AM (matches begin at 10:15 AM)
• Approx. Finish: 8:30 PM

• Referee: We are aiming to have 1 area Referee.

Refund Policy: Full refund available up to 7 days before the tournament. No refunds within 7 days of the event. A full refund may be provided inside 7 days if there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled.

Prize Money (Per Event)

Total Prize Pool: $3,840 (based on full 64 player field)

Prize Money is based on a full draw of 64 spots being filled, with the amount contributed by entry fees.

Prize payouts follow the official payout schedule based on full 64 player draw.

Format – Losers Comp

• Single Elimination
• Hot Race to 4 (handicapped)
• Played on 7ft Diamond tables
• Standard WPA 9-Ball rules
• Winner breaks
• Lag for first break

Payout Based on $500 Losers Prize Fund

Total Paid: $500

Match Clock

• 90-minute time limit (Final excluded)
• Time expiry → current frame is the last frame
• Winner = higher frame-win percentage to assigned race
• If tied → one extra frame with 30-sec shot clock
• Incoming player after break: 60 sec for first shot
• Each player: one 30-sec extension
• Timer begins on Digital Pool SMS (Round 1 at 10:15 AM)
• No time adjustments for late starts

FargoRate Requirements

• Players without a FargoRate will be assigned a starter rating of 525.
• Players with a FargoRate of fewer than 100 games robustness will compete using their listed rating; however, the Tournament Director may adjust any rating at any time, including mid-tournament, if observed performance indicates the player’s true playing ability is higher than their assigned FargoRate.
• Only one FargoRate profile per player is permitted. Players with multiple profiles must have them merged; until merged, the highest rating applies.
